Updated DOL Online Enforcement Database

The Department of Labor has updated its online, searchable enforcement database. It now includes datasets from EBSA (Employee Benefits Security Administration), MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration), OFCCP Evaluation and Investigators (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs), OSHA Inspections (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and WHD Cases (Wage and Hour Division).

While all datasets can be searched by year with the option of confining search results to a specific state of zip code, each dataset also offers several unique search parameters. One example of these new and unique search parameters is the ability to search the OSHA dataset by inspection type and union status. The database allows users to download searches and open them in an excel spreadsheet for further review.

This is a recently launched site and will continue to improve over time. Take a look at the new database here.
